

In order to access our application, you first must fill in the registration form. Once your registration is approved, a confirmation email is sent to the address you provided in the form.
If you haven't received the confirmation email, your email provider might be filtering the automated message as "spam" (email sent directly by one of our representatives likely will get through). To receive the confirmation email, you must add our server email address webadmin@prodigycorporate.com - to your contact list.
Note: If you use a corporate email (such as john@prodigynetwork.com) and don't receive our communications, contact your system administrator to allow webadmin@prodigycorporate.com to send emails to your account.
Below are instructions to add a new contact in popular free email providers:


Once you have logged into your email account click on the "Contacts" link at the left To add a new contact click the "+" button located at the top left Fill in the required information for a new contact, making sure that webadmin@prodigycorporate.com is on the "Email" field


Once you have logged into your email account click on the "new" menu at the top left Click on "Contact" in that menu Fill in the required information for a new contact, making sure that webadmin@prodigycorporate.com is on the "Email" field.
